Charlotte Ballet

Former New York City Ballet dancer Patricia McBride serves as master teacher for Charlotte Ballet Academy, which serves approximately 1,000 students annually and was the first ballet school in the state of North Carolina affiliated with a nationally renowned ballet company.
Charlotte Ballet has nationally recognized educational and community programs, including Reach—the company’s need-based dance scholarship program, which provides quality dance training in local communities in the Charlotte area.
