Kristopher McDowell

FOUNDER

Kristopher McDowell (founder) An arts industry leader and global entrepreneur, McDowell began working as an actor and dancer when he was seven, and by his 20s moved into various aspects of performing arts management. He served as CEO for KMP Artists for 13 years in the United States and is responsible for the company’s expansion into Asia Pacific. He has produced over 1,200 performances in North America and has toured major companies to 15 countries in Asia and the Middle East. He has served as a consultant for West Australian Ballet, Mummenschanz Foundation, International Association of Blacks in Dance and Bonifacio Art Foundation, and more. McDowell was a faculty member of the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in Los Angeles for 4 years.

Francine Sheffield

SENIOR PARTNER

Francine Sheffield (senior partner) is a former company member of Urban Bush Women under the leadership of Jawole Willa Jo Zollar for 6 years, where she traveled and performed all over the world. Francine received a MA in Performing Arts Administration from New York University. Francine then went on to work as Artist Representative for Pentacle, where she booked engagements for emerging dance companies. With her knowledge of dance and skills in arts administration, Francine started Sheffield Global Arts Management in 2014. Francine serves as a proud board member for the Association for Performing Arts Professionals (APAP) and Dance/USA, the National service organization for dance.

Glauco Araujo

Head of Public Relations & Creative Director

An independent film and television producer and actor, Glauco Araujo worked on recent popular films Spielberg’s West Side Story, Daughter of the Bride and Netflix series Manifest.
Glauco has also filmed numerous commercials and serves as spokesperson or brand ambassador. Commercials include featured roles for: Amtrak, Intel, Sinomax, Hearth Display, Adidas, Z Grills, Alton Lane, Nordstrom, Maybelline, Aveeno, Cinemark, Gerber Dotti, This Bud’s for Jackie (directed by Spike Lee). Mr. Araujo was an investor in GREY HOUSE and GOODNIGHT OSCAR which played on Broadway in the 2023/24 Broadway season.
Araujo has hosted various entertainment based programs across the Americas including the recent inaugural event for the 51st Festival Cervantino in Mexico, the 21 Festival Internacional De La Costa Del Seno Mexicano and the 22nd annual Shanghai International Arts Festival in China. As an Emcee, he has hosted events ranging from 200 to over 6,000 attendees. He also works with his own team of writers and always happily collaborates with the client as time allows.
As Creative Director with Rhizome, Araujo is leading artistic planning for corporate, installation and pop-up events designed to have maximum impact based on client objectives. His unique experience with live events and film offer his clients opportunities to have access to highest levels of artistic integrity in the final delivery of your event or digital production.
